3/4 cup dates
3/4 cup almonds
3 big tbsp organic cold pressed coconut oil
3 big tbsp butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Chop dates.
- Chop almonds and dry roast them lightly in a non-stick fry pan until slightly brown.
- Combine roasted almonds and chopped dates with all the other ingredients. If the butter is too stiff, you can microwave it for 20 seconds.
- Put mixture in a smallish baking dish which is lined with baking paper.
- Place in fridge for a few hours to set.
